The foundation of Mia Bella Weddings was built around the simple thought that people deserve a personal experience. This is a very important time in your lives and we want you to feel connected and taken care of throughout the entire process. You can then be rest assured and trust that on the day of your wedding, everything will be handled for you. Our goals is to ask all of the right questions during the planning stages so we can flawlessly execute everything on your wedding day - ensuring you, your family, and your friends can relax and enjoy, knowing the details are in capable and very experienced hands.​ We look forward to getting to know you and being an integral part of your wedding plans and the success of your wedding day.

MEET THE TEAM
Katie McJimsey
LEAD COORDINATOR/OFFICE MANAGER
Hi there, I’m Katie and I love, love. It's true! From the epic love story, to beautifully personalized vows, to reminiscing with you years later about the core memories made on your wedding day. It is always such a special experience to be able to help couples create and execute their dream wedding day. I love getting to know each couple individually and really listening to what is most important to you in planning the most special day of your life.
I have been planning and coordinating weddings for almost 10 years now. Each couple has their own unique visions, and it is such a privilege to be entrusted with the responsibility of bringing those visions to life.

On your wedding day, I’ll be there to assist and support you in any way I can. One of my favorite aspects of planning events is that, no matter how many weddings I coordinate, there’s always something new to learn from each and every one.

When I’m not dreaming about wedding details, you can find me with my husband and our two children, Harper and Hunter. I love large family get togethers and a good Netflix binge.
Emily Katz
LEAD COORDINATOR/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Hi hi, I'm Emily, and planning is my PASSION! From planning childhood birthday parties with my mom, to planning Homecoming, to helping with family weddings, I’ve always been drawn to creating and planning memorable celebrations.
With a love for details, planning, creating seamless experiences, and a deep-rooted romantic heart, I knew wedding planning was my calling. Don’t get me wrong, I love planning all kinds of events, but there is something so special about weddings with the added sentimental emotions and deeper meaning. Helping brides, grooms, and their loved ones create a momentous occasion while curating the details brings me such joy.
One of my favorite moments of a wedding is helping the bride as she prepares to walk down the aisle by fluffing her dress, calming her nerves, and giving her a smile before sending her off. When the music plays, and she walks down the aisle to marry the love of her life, it’s a moment that never fails to give me butterflies!
With over 10 years of industry experience, including catering, rentals, and 3+ years of wedding planning, I’m here to make your dream day a reality. I’m thrilled to get to know couples on a personal level and incorporate the special, unique details of your love story into your celebration.
When I’m not creating timelines or mood boards, you’ll find me eating out with friends, at a country concert near or far, or doing a self-care night in.
Leeron Paisner
LEAD COORDINATOR
Hi! I’m Leeron, and I’ve been a wedding enthusiast since I was a kid. I loved seeing people in love and would daydream about meeting my person one day.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been immersed in the event world, focused on corporate and non-profit events. However, it wasn’t until I met the MBW team during my own wedding planning that I realized I wanted to shift gears and help people in creating one of the most important moments of their lives. Huge shoutout to Michele, my amazing coordinator, who made me see the magic of this work.

People often describe me as an empath, which is a quality I have found to be valuable in the wedding world. I take the time to get to know my couples—what matters most to them, their style, and of course, their values. I love to get to know their families and friends, and make sure everyone is seen. With my always personable touch, I can offer thoughtful support throughout the planning process. When the big day arrives, I’m always there to handle any unexpected hiccups with a calm demeanor, all while cheering everyone on. Basically, I'm your go-to hype girl, problem solver, and biggest supporter.

Outside of the wedding planning space, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our baby. I also love exploring grocery stores, hiking, shopping at farmers markets, and hosting meals for family and friends. I look forward to meeting you, and helping you shine on your special day!
